Only one game behind the Pack!

I wasn't able to watch all of Monday Night Football, so I missed out on the slew of Packer penalties that ultimately doomed them.  I'm very worried about the Packers, their defense is amazing and I think Aaron Rodgers could very well be the best quarterback of the next 10 years (Peyton won't be playing in 10 years).  The Bears, however, do not worry me.  They've looked very bad in the games I've seen.  They actually SHOULD NOT have won against the Lions, but that's the NFL with stupid, subjective, vague rules for you.

Anyways, I still think the Bears are looking at an 8-8 season.  If the Vikings offense can really start firing on all cylinders, we're only 1 game behind the Pack and will be a game ahead if we can sweep them.

  1. I really think that the NFC north is going to be one of the more interesting divisions in the NFL.

  3. I think the Vikings have a good chance, true that the Packers defense is quite superb, but I find their offensive game to be someone lacking. Of course it's a toss up at this point, but we'll have to see what happens come game time.

  4. Whats your opinion on the CFL and if there is any at all, who's your favorite team?

  5. Dick, I think the 49ers were overrated coming into the season. I still thought they'd maybe come away with the division, but their offense has been atrocious, much worse than I expected. I think a lot of football experts thought they'd be an 11-win team while I was expecting 8 wins... now I'd be surprised if they get 4.

Jester, I haven't followed the CFL personally, I keep busy enough with the NFL and college football... until early January when the Vikes lose another playoff game :(

  6. I think the Vikings have a chance. My parent's don't think so, but they're huge Oregon fans so what do you expect? I'll be watching!
